We have not previously rented with Weinstein Properties, how do we apply?

  • We're excited for the opportunity to work with you! To get started, please complete the Corporate Rental Application. Use the Contact Us menu to reach out to our team and we will send you the application!
  • Be sure to include no fewer than 3 landlord contacts from the past three years.
  • Important: If the apartment is intended for short-term rental (Airbnb/VRBO), the application will be denied.

Who should be included on the application?

  • Please include the full legal business name and Tax ID Number.
  • When returning the application to the leasing office, please attach an authorized agent letter on company letterhead. All contact information for the business are required to match public records. Note: Applications for Texas properties must also include a Registered Agent letter from the TX Secretary of State.
  • All individuals who will be living in the home should be listed on the Occupant Application along with their relationship to the business. If there are any occupant changes during the lease, please notify the leasing office.

We have previously rented with Weinstein Properties, how do we rent additional apartments?

  • If your company has previously rented with us, simply complete the Corporate and Occupant Application. Please ensure the spelling of the business name and contact details match the information from the previous lease.
  • Note: If you already have an approved application or current apartment with us and wish to add more apartments, contact us at the leasing office and we can help.

How do we pay additional application-related fees and deposits?

  • Once your application has been entered and approved by the Leasing Office, you will be able to register for our Applicant Portal. After logging in, any outstanding charges can be viewed by selecting Application Charges from the left-side menu.

When can we expect to hear from the Leasing Office regarding our application?

  • We understand you're eager for an update and will reach out as soon as possible! To help speed up the process, first-time applicants should notify their rental references so they can respond promptly.

How do we sign our lease?

  • We make lease signing quick and easy with electronic signatures! Once your application is approved, the authorized agent will receive an email with instructions to review and sign the lease electronically.

How much will our first payment be?

  • After approval, we'll call you and send a welcome letter via email with details about your first payment and important move-in information.

What is the Pet Policy?

  • We love our furry friends! Please visit our Pet Policy page (under FAQs) for full details. If an occupant plans to bring a pet, kindly inform the leasing office.
