Who should I include on my application?

  • Include everyone who will be living in the apartment, including those under 18 and guarantors.
  • Everyone 18 and older will be listed as a leaseholder and must complete an individual application.
  • For minors, only name and date of birth are required.

What if I forgot to add someone to my application?

  • If your application has not yet been approved, log in and select "Additional Persons" to add them.
  • After adding, contact us to ensure they are included in the approval process.
  • If your application is already approved, contact us and we can help.

How do I pay additional application-related fees and deposits?

  • Approved application deposits/fees will be automatically deducted from the payment method used for your application fee.
  • You can select "Application Charges" from the left side menu to review a summary of your application fees.

When can I expect to hear from the Leasing Office regarding my application?

We will contact you as quickly as possible! Our goal is to make this a fast and easy process for you.

How do I sign my lease?

  • We offer electronic lease signing which is easy and convenient.
  • After approval, each leaseholder will receive an email with instructions to review and sign the lease electronically.

How much will my first payment be?

Once approved, we will contact you by phone and send a welcome email with the amount due and other important move-in information.
