• You should include everyone who will be living in the apartment, including those under the age of 18 and guarantors (if applicable).  Everyone 18 and older will be listed as a leaseholder for your apartment.    

•  If you are the first person to fill out the application, you will be prompted in to invite additional leaseholders to complete their application, via email. All persons 18 and older must complete an individual application.  For anyone under 18 years of age, only their name and date of birth need to be entered. 

• If your application has not yet been approved by the leasing office, simply login to your application, select the step "Additional Persons" from the left side menu and add the person.

• Be sure to contact us to let us know you added someone so we can ensure they are included in the approval process. Note: If your application has already been approved, contact us and we can help.

• If your application is approved, additional application fees/deposits will be automatically deducted from the payment method used for your application fee.

•  You can select Application Charges from the left side menu at any time to review a summary of your application fees.

• We have electronic lease signing which is super easy and convenient!

• Once your application is approved, each leaseholder will receive an email with instructions to review and electronically sign the lease.

If your application is approved, we will contact you by phone and send you a welcome email, which will include the amount due for your first payment and other important information about your move.
